Community Based Interventions

Foothills Community Based Interventions is an outpatient counseling office dedicated to providing high quality mental health and substance abuse services.  We are committed to meeting the needs of the community by offering additional treatment resources at a local level.

Therapy and Support
We have licensed therapists who conduct individual, family, marriage, and group counseling.  We help children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health problems.

Professional and Skilled 
​Our agency is licensed by the Office of Inspector General as an Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) as well as a Behavioral Health Service Organization (BHSO).   We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).  We are also certified by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services as an approved Driving Under the Influence (DUI) program.

We have two convenient locations to serve you. Our Albany office located on the square in downtown Albany and our Monticello location is off of Highway 90 adjacent to Wayne County post office.
