*I/We hereby hold harmless the Albany-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce and/or Foothills Festival Committee from any and all loss or injury which might occur as result of entry into this event. I/We understand that I/We are entering this race by my/our own free will and accord without any coercion from any entity affiliated with this event. I/We further understand that all winners and results made at the end of the race shall be final. I/We further understand that there is a NONREFUNDABLE $20/per outhouse fee, (no refunds for inclement weather, sickness, failure to appear timely, missing teammate or any other reason.) Payment shall be made by Cash or Check. No Debit or Credit Cards.
