Lisa Beard

This is sad news to report that Lisa Beard has lost her battle with cancer. Lisa passed away yesterday. For those Chamber members who may not have known Lisa, she was our Chamber of Commerce President until 2021. Lisa remained active with the Chamber of Commerce as a Board Member up until the time of her passing.  Lisa was a very active member of many community functions as well as a State Farm Insurance Agent in Albany.
I personally worked with Lisa when she was Chamber President and she was also on the Tourism Commission Board of Directors up until January 2022. I, along with our entire community will miss Lisa and her positive, cheerful, and pleasant demeanor. We honor and pay tribute to Lisa Beard.
